"Europroduct" announces a vacancy for the position of Head of Technical Service.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Avchala; Work schedule: Full-time (from Monday to Friday);

• Planning construction / repair works, compiling budget
• Controlling the quality of performed construction / repair works, terms of compliance with the budget.
• Maintenance of existing facilities, including opening / closing / relocation of the technical part.
• Selection of outsourcing companies, negotiations. Preparation of technical tasks and submission to the manager; monitoring of performed works.
• Writing a planned tour of all structural units of Europroduct facilities and a work schedule and organizing and controlling the execution according to the plan.
• Ensuring the mechanical, electrical functionality of the lift, heating-cooling, ventilation, lighting systems, electrical wiring, and all operating units in the building;
• Timely detection and response to damage cases of infrastructure and office, warehouse space in the current working mode.
• Monitoring the performance of employees under his / her supervision, controlling deadlines.
• Collecting and submitting proposals for prices of goods to be purchased and service to the manager.
• Submission of completed works, timely submission of relevant documents to the financial department.
• Ensuring technical compliance with labor and fire safety requirements;
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in construction or architecture
• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Reading project documentation and cost estimates
• Knowledge of market prices for construction materials
• Knowledge of construction norms and regulations legislation
• MS Office, knowledge of cost estimation programs
