- Learn to prepare various documentation: contracts on state procurement, agreements on changes to contracts, draft orders, and others;
- Get acquainted with pre-tender procedures, such as verifying/systematizing technical tasks, market research, analyzing market research results, and others;
- Participate in preparing tender documentation and other materials necessary for conducting tenders;
- During tender procedures, participate in reviewing and evaluating tender proposals, preparing relevant protocols, and notifications;
- Under supervision, prepare state procurement contracts;
- Study the submission of documents reflecting simplified procurement, contracts concluded as a result of electronic tenders, or changes to these contracts (including contract termination), and acceptance acts to the Agency in the relevant field of the Unified Electronic System; assign relevant statuses to contracts;
- Prepare written responses to correspondence from University structural units within your competence;
- Perform various current tasks assigned by the Department Head, as defined by the Department's regulations;
- Carry out all tasks assigned by the supervisor, as provided for by the structural unit's regulations and the specifics of the activity;
- Get familiar with the University's internal regulations and requirements established by these regulations.
7. To participate in the competition, the internship candidate must submit the following documents:
- Application for participation in the competition (Annex N2 and Annex N2, 1 "On Personal Data Protection");
- CV;
- Copy of the Georgian citizen's identity card;
- Document confirming education, issued in accordance with Georgian legislation / or a certificate of student status;
- Document confirming foreign language proficiency (if necessary);
- Certificate "On conviction for crimes against sexual freedom and inviolability" (if the position of intern is occupied).

9. The selection of applicants interested in participating in the competition will be carried out by the competition commission based on the review of the application package. In case of incomplete documentation, the applicant's documents will not be considered by the competition commission.
