Luxury Apart Hotel Group is announcing a vacancy for the position of Apartment Housekeeper

Luxury Apart Hotel is a professional, full-cycle apartment hotel and real estate management company that manages over 50 apartments in Orbi City. A perfectly prepared room for the guest is the first and most visible standard of our service.

Location: Batumi, Orbi City Employment: Full-time, onsite Working hours: 10:00-18:00; working days are determined by agreement Remuneration: 900-1,200 GEL, depending on experience and quality of work

Main responsibilities - Daily and post-guest thorough cleaning of apartments according to the company's checklist and quality standards; - Making beds, changing linens and towels according to established rules; - Thorough cleaning and disinfection of bathrooms, sanitary units, kitchen areas, floors, and balconies; - Replenishing hygiene products, water, and other necessary supplies for guests; - Final room inspection: cleanliness, smell, lighting, appliances, inventory, and overall visual condition; - Immediate notification of the administrator about any damage, malfunctions, or losses; - Accurate adherence to procedures for lost and found items, guest confidentiality, and property protection; - Control of cleanliness and order in the company's office and periodic cleaning of the office if necessary; - Safe, economical, and organized management of cleaning supplies, work inventory, and auxiliary spaces.

Qualification requirements - High sense of responsibility, honesty, and discipline; - Attention to detail, high standards of cleanliness, and ability to complete tasks on time; - Ability to work under physical load; - Teamwork and effective communication with administrators; - Experience working in hotel or apartment cleaning will be considered an advantage; training is possible for those without experience; - Knowledge of the Georgian language is required; basic knowledge of Russian or English will be considered an advantage.
