Work location: Tbilisi / village Natakhtari

Main responsibilities:

Planning, configuration, problem diagnosis and troubleshooting of computer networks, as well as administration of various network devices. Installation, configuration and technical support of computer equipment and peripheral devices. Ensuring support for software and services implemented in the company. Participation in the implementation of IT projects in the company, providing necessary support and assistance. Ensuring stable and uninterrupted functioning of the server room, Cloud environment, server systems, end-user work environment, network connections and cybersecurity platforms. Ensuring compliance of network connections and cybersecurity systems with the company's security policies, audit and quality management system requirements. Participation in the development and execution of test plans and scenarios to ensure successful project implementation. Collaboration with business and technology teams at design, development and implementation stages to ensure reliable, scalable and sustainable IT infrastructure. Providing technical support to end-users and operational resolution of IT issues.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. At least 2 years of work experience in a similar field. High-level English language skills. Ability to work in a team and maintain effective communication.
