China Market Development Manager

"Kakheti Traditional Winemaking" is one of the largest wine and alcoholic beverage producers in Georgia and the Caucasus region. The company was founded in 2001, and KTW produces wine, brandy, sparkling wine, and chacha using traditional Georgian technologies combined with modern technologies. This allows the company to preserve the old, unique taste of wine and create its own handwriting and style on a global scale.

KTW Group is announcing a vacancy for a China Market Development Manager - a specialist in the direction.

If you are fluent in Chinese, have practical experience working in the Chinese market and interacting with Chinese business partners, and are familiar with the specifics of the Chinese business environment, we offer you the opportunity to join the KTW Group team as a China Market Development Coordinator.

Work location: Tbilisi Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:30 Remuneration: according to qualification and experience.

Key responsibilities:

Regular communication with Chinese partners and development of business relationships; Processing partners' requests, questions, and feedback and responding in a timely manner; Managing WeChat, email, and other communication channels; Planning and organizing online and face-to-face meetings with partners; Providing information about KTW Group, company brands, and products to partners and participating in presentations; Supporting the Export Manager in current commercial and operational processes in the Chinese direction; Participating in negotiations and agreements with Chinese partners; Communicating and coordinating with relevant departments of the company to fulfill partners' requests; Searching and systematizing information about the Chinese market, current trends, and potential partners; Participating in the process of finding new potential partners; Supporting current orders and export processes in the Chinese direction; Participating in organizing international exhibitions, tastings, business meetings, and other activities; Participating in business trips to China if necessary and representing KTW Group at partner meetings and events; Periodic reporting on current issues and work performed.

Qualification requirements:

Practical experience working in the Chinese market is mandatory; Experience in business relationships and communication with Chinese business partners; Working knowledge of the Chinese language is desirable; Knowledge of the Chinese business environment, specifics of business communication, and cultural characteristics; Experience working in sales, exports, business development, or partner relationships in the Chinese market is desirable; Experience in negotiations and business meetings with Chinese partners; Practical knowledge of WeChat and communication channels used in the Chinese market; Working knowledge of English is mandatory; Higher education; Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
