de Medici Consulting is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for attracting new clients, increasing the company's service awareness, and achieving measurable business results through digital advertising.

We are looking for a candidate who can not only launch and manage advertising campaigns but also understand the customer's full journey: from the first contact with the brand to receiving the application and final sale.

Key responsibilities:

Development and implementation of the Performance Marketing strategy; Planning, launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads; Attracting the target audience, quality leads, and potential clients; Planning, distributing, and effectively managing the advertising budget; Creating and optimizing the advertising funnel: advertising → website/Landing Page → application → client; Analyzing campaign effectiveness based on key indicators: CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS; Setting up and controlling analytical tools: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and others; A/B testing audiences, creatives, offers, and Landing Pages; Analyzing user behavior on the website and working on increasing conversion; Finding and testing new channels and advertising opportunities for attracting clients; Coordinating with the Content Creator and preparing tasks for advertising videos, banners, and other creatives; Regular analysis and reporting of advertising campaign and budget results; Preparing clear business analytics and connecting marketing activities to real business results.

Requirements:

Practical experience in Performance Marketing; High-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; Good knowledge of digital analytics and advertising funnel operation principles; Ability to work with data and make decisions based on it; Experience in lead generation and optimizing client acquisition costs; Experience in independently managing advertising budgets; Focus on real business results, not just views, clicks, and reach; Initiative and willingness to test new hypotheses, audiences, and advertising channels.

Main goal of the position:

Systematic attraction of new potential clients and transforming the company's advertising budget into measurable business results. We are looking for a person who can answer not only the question "how many people saw our ad?" but primarily "how many clients and what business results did the ad bring to the company?".
