The company "2 ნაბიჯი" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Receiving Supervisor.

Work schedule: 08:00-17:00, 2 days off Workplace: Gezi, village Gamarjveba

Qualification requirements:

Higher/incomplete higher education At least 2 years of experience working in a warehouse At least 1 year of experience working in a managerial position in the warehouse direction Knowledge of office programs Knowledge of foreign languages is desirable

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Managing, coordinating and controlling the processes of receiving and warehousing of products in accordance with established standards;

• Monitoring the receiving schedule, announcements and planned deliveries, planning appropriate resources and ensuring timely execution of processes;

• Qualitative and quantitative control of the receiving process, including ensuring the quantity of products, deadlines, compliance and adherence to receiving procedures;

• Control of the process of palletizing, placement and correct distribution of received products in warehouse locations;

• Constant control of the racking system in the warehouse area (loading, correctness of placement, stability of racks);

• Constant monitoring of the technical condition of warehouse equipment and inventory, timely identification of damages and malfunctions during the work process, appropriate response and informing the immediate supervisor about the problem;

• Accounting, control and reporting of packaging movement with suppliers;

• Control of the process of program reflection of received products and ensuring the elimination of identified discrepancies;

• Organization and control of the process of product movement between warehouse zones, ensuring effective use of resources and smooth operation of processes;

• Identification of problems and risks arising during the receiving process, making appropriate decisions and informing the immediate supervisor;

• Evaluation of the effectiveness of receiving processes, effective use of operational and material resources and control of costs, preparation of operational reports and submission to the immediate supervisor;

• Ensuring timely, optimal costs and quality performance of product movement works between warehouse zones;

• Communication with suppliers and other parties involved in the process when necessary;

• Control of the process of return of boxes and pallets to suppliers, adherence to the comparison schedule and execution;

• Periodic control of the work performed by the receiving team (quantity, weight, labeling, annotation, deadline and quality).

• Ensuring that subordinate employees have the necessary administrative or technical inventory to perform their work effectively;

• Managing the receiving team, delegating tasks and controlling the work performed;

• Compiling work schedules for employees and controlling attendance in the accounting system;

• Ensuring cleanliness, order and a safe working environment in the workspace;

• Use of personal protective equipment during the work process;

• Managing labor safety risks and responding promptly to incidents;

• Controlling the use of personal protective equipment by subordinate employees;

• Performing assigned functions within the scope of authority during the absence of the immediate supervisor;

• Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the role.
