Functions: Accounting and production of corresponding accounting entries of financial and economic operations in the accounting program "Oris Accounting 7"; Receiving, checking, processing, systematization and reflection in the accounting program of primary accounting documentation; Processing of data related to remuneration, control of correctness of accruals, deductions and corresponding obligations; Preparation of payroll lists and implementation of corresponding payment operations/ transfers in the electronic system of the State Treasury; Control and comparison of data reflected in the accounting program and the electronic system of the State Treasury; Preparation of periodic accounting and financial information, certificates, reports and other relevant documentation; Production, systematization and storage of documentation related to the activities of the division in accordance with the established procedure; Performance of other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the competence.
Qualification requirements: Higher education - economics/business administration/finance/banking/ exact and natural sciences (mathematics, applied mathematics specialties); At least 2 years of experience in the public service or/and in public law legal entities in the financial or/and accounting field; Practical experience of working in the accounting program "Oris Accounting 7"; Experience of working in the electronic service system of the State Treasury; Experience of working on the Revenue Service portal (rs.ge).
