Main responsibilities
- Regular walk-throughs of the production area,
- Monitoring of work processes and control of compliance with safety standards;
- Identification of hazards, violations, and incidents at the workplace, production of relevant documentation;
- Conducting safety instructions for employees;
- Conducting primary safety instructions for drivers and visitors;
- Preparation of periodic reports and notifications on current work processes and identified risks;
- Issuance of personal protective equipment to employees and control of their proper use;
- Monitoring of work processes and control of their compliance with safety requirements;
- In case of detection of violations, preparation of a relevant act and timely notification of management;
- Monitoring of the condition and availability of fire-fighting equipment located on the production area;
- Participation in planning and implementation of preventive measures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Protection of confidentiality and corporate values of the organization;
- Fulfillment of internal regulations and requirements defined by the job description;
- Promotion of compliance with labor safety requirements at the workplace and responsibility for ensuring a safe working environment within one's competence;
- Responsibility for proper accounting, issuance, and storage of personal protective equipment;
- Timely notification of relevant persons about identified hazards and violations;
- Organization and production of labor safety-related documentation.
Basic requirements
- Higher or professional education in the relevant field;
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of labor safety;
- Experience in the construction sector or production environment, especially in a concrete plant, will be considered an advantage;
- Possession of a valid labor safety certificate (validity period at least 1 year)
- Knowledge and experience of working with labor safety documentation;
- User-level knowledge of office programs (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
