The construction company is looking for an experienced construction engineer for current and planned projects. The projects include multi-apartment residential buildings, commercial and hotel facilities.
We are looking for a responsible, organized specialist who can plan construction processes, coordinate on-site, and control the quality of work performed.
Main responsibilities
- Organization of construction works and daily technical control;
- Checking the compliance of works with project documentation;
- Drawing up a work schedule, monitoring implementation, and timely response to delays;
- Counting the volume of work, determining the need for materials, and controlling consumption;
- Coordination of construction teams and subcontractors;
- Checking the volume and quality of work performed, participation in the preparation of acceptance documents;
- Collaboration with projectants and agreement on technical issues;
- Production of construction documentation and submission of reports to management;
- Cooperation with the occupational safety specialist and timely notification of identified violations.
Qualification requirements
- Higher education in construction or civil engineering;
- At least 3 years of experience working on a construction site;
- Ability to read and use architectural and construction drawings in practice;
- Knowledge of reinforced concrete and metal construction works;
- Experience in counting work volumes and preparing material accounts;
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel;
- Ability to plan work, coordinate a team, and solve problems in a timely manner.
