Main responsibilities:

Receiving goods and comparing with purchase orders; Checking quantity, quality, and expiration dates; Identifying and resolving discrepancies; Distributing and accounting for goods in the warehouse/department; Verifying invoices and received goods; Controlling the warehouse and receiving areas; Participating in inventory and end-of-month reporting; Communicating with suppliers and hotel departments; Ensuring food safety and hygiene rules are followed; Performing additional tasks as needed.

Skills and experience:

Experience in receiving and accounting for goods; Knowledge of purchasing and inventory management; Proficiency in Excel, Word, and relevant software; Intermediate English level and good communication skills.
