Locksmith

A company producing wooden construction beams (joists) is announcing a vacancy for a locksmith position in the city of Kutaisi.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of details: cleaning, degreasing, marking, and sorting of components before starting installation works;
• Assembly and installation: connecting details into nodes and mechanisms using hand and electric tools (drilling, cutting, thread cutting; assembly of screw, welded, riveted, and other joints);
• Installation of structures: installation of industrial equipment (machine tools, presses, conveyors), metal structures (beams, frames, reservoirs), pipelines, and other elements in accordance with project requirements;
• Technical maintenance and repair (after start-up and adjustment): regular inspection of equipment condition, cleaning, lubrication, replacement of worn-out elements, diagnostics, and timely elimination of current malfunctions.

Necessary requirements and skills:

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, drawings, and schemes;
• Experience working with hand and electric tools (screwdriver, angle grinder, impact wrench);
• Metal locksmith skills: cutting, drilling, cleaning, bending;
• Proficiency in precise measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, level, tape measure, protractor) and control of measurement accuracy.

Desirable (considered an advantage):

• Experience in using laser measuring tools to improve installation accuracy;
• Ability to perform welding works;
• Basic knowledge and competence in electrical engineering.
