Regional Manager for Western Georgia

Company TALENTIS is announcing a vacancy for the position of Regional Manager in Western Georgia for a partner pharmaceutical company, which represents leading European manufacturers and their innovative medical products on the Georgian market.

Work location: Kutaisi

Work schedule: Monday - Friday

Remuneration: to be agreed

Additional compensation package: health insurance, reimbursement of transportation and telephone expenses;

Key responsibilities:

• Effective management and coordination of the team of medical representatives in the Western Georgia region;

• Setting regional sales plans, introducing them to the team, and constant monitoring of results;

• Analysis of pharmaceutical market trends, competitive environment, and consumer demand;

• Stimulation of sales, identification of problematic situations, and development of operational solutions;

• Control, analysis of daily reporting, and provision of constructive feedback to the team;

• Support for the professional development and involvement of medical representatives in the work process;

• Planning, initiation, and monitoring of marketing activities in the region;

• Regular reporting to the management of the central office.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher medical or pharmaceutical education;

• At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field as a group/regional manager or senior medical representative;

• Driving license (category B) and driving experience;

• Good knowledge of office programs (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

• Knowledge of foreign languages (English/Russian) will be considered an advantage.
