Qualification requirements: - Higher education (Business Administration, Management or related field); - Required experience of 2+ years in managing a branch/showroom (preferably in the auto/moto industry); - Ability to manage a team - Experience working with accounting software (1C or other ERP systems) and good knowledge of MS Excel; - Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; knowledge of English and/or Russian will be considered an advantage.
Main responsibilities: - Fulfillment of the branch sales plan, promotion of sales growth - Managing, motivating the team, distributing tasks and controlling service standards; - Monitoring showroom inventory, participating in inventory, controlling product labeling and price accuracy; - Close cooperation with logistics and service teams to ensure product delivery, equipment inspection and spare parts/service offerings; - Interaction with customers and maintaining high-quality consultation standards - Ensuring the smooth functioning, order, cleanliness and safety of the showroom;
