Hotel Front Office Manager

"Idea Collection by Gino Hotels" is a new 5* boutique hotel located in the center of Tbilisi, at 47/49 Melikishvili Avenue. The hotel stands out with its modern, refined design and offers guests 67 comfortable rooms, a pool, spa and wellness center, restaurant and unique jazz bar. The hotel is part of the Georgian-Slovakian investment company "Gino Holding", which has been successfully operating in the leisure, hospitality and real estate sectors for over 10 years.

"Idea Collection by Gino Hotels" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Hotel Front Office Manager.

Location: Tbilisi, Petre Melikishvili Avenue 47/49

Main responsibilities:

Full management, supervision and ensuring of uninterrupted processes of daily Front Office activities. Ensuring the highest level of operational service for guests in accordance with international standards throughout their visit cycle; promptly addressing their individual needs. Control of the booking system, management of incoming calls, emails and online platforms. Financial operations: cash and non-cash settlements, control of final settlements and preparation of daily financial reporting. Close coordination and collaboration with other departments. Team management and development, compiling work schedules for reception staff, supervising their activities and boosting motivation. Training and organizing training sessions for new employees.

Requirements:

At least 1-3 years of work experience in a relevant position. Perfect knowledge of English (knowledge of another foreign language will be considered an advantage). Knowledge of office programs and hotel management systems.

Developed leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and negotiation culture. Organizational skills, attention to detail and high sense of responsibility.
