Job description: - Location: Tbilisi - Working hours: Monday - Friday (10:00 - 18:00)

Key responsibilities: - Receiving and fully processing incoming leads; - Contacting customers/making outgoing calls; - Identifying customer needs and offering relevant products; - Collecting necessary information about the customer based on a telephone interview; - Planning a visit to the branch and redirecting to the relevant officer if the customer is interested; - Maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring a positive experience for the customer

Qualification requirements: - Higher education or a graduating student; - At least 1 year of experience in sales, banking services, credit, or call center; - Experience working with CRM/banking systems will be considered an advantage

Additional skills: - Organized; - High sense of responsibility; - Ability to conduct effective negotiations; - Ability to distribute time optimally; - Quick, logical, analytical thinking, and intuition; - Teamwork skills;
