The subsidiary company of "Nikora Management Group" LLC "Partner" announces a vacancy for the position of Category Development Manager in the fish category.

If you have experience working with organized networks (Key Accounts) and want to take care of product development in the market, join our team!

Workplace: Tbilisi, Faikres Street; Work schedule: 10:00-18:00 (except weekends);

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Relationship with networks (Key Accounts): conducting negotiations with organized networks, maintaining long-term cooperation and fulfilling the sales plan;

• Assortment management: managing the fish category and integrating new products into networks (listing);

• Promo activities: planning discounts and promotions with networks, monitoring results;

• Increasing visibility: controlling product placement standards on shelves (merchandising) and maximizing shelf share;

• Inventory control: controlling product balances in networks and preventing supply disruptions;

• Market monitoring: analyzing competitors' activities and prices in the local market.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience in Key Account Manager, Category Manager or Sales Management (experience in FMCG/food sector will be considered an advantage);

• Knowledge of the specifics and structure of working with organized networks;

• Ability to conduct negotiations, persuasive communication and presentation;

• Practical knowledge of Excel;

• Knowledge of English and Russian languages is desirable.
