Marketing Manager

"ARDENZE" is a premium furniture manufacturing company that creates individual furniture for residential and commercial interiors.

"ARDENZE" is currently actively developing its brand, digital marketing, website, content, sales system, and B2B partner network, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to be responsible for creating and managing the company's marketing system, brand positioning, and supporting business growth.

Working conditions:

• Workplace: Tbilisi, Eka Bejanishvili St. N3

• Work schedule: Full-time (Monday-Friday; 9:00-18:00)

Main responsibilities:

• Developing, managing, and effectively implementing the company's marketing strategy, goals, and action plans;

• Planning and implementing marketing activities to support ARDENZE's brand awareness, positioning, and sales growth;

• Preparing and controlling the annual and quarterly marketing budget;

• Planning, implementing, and analyzing the results of marketing campaigns;

• Daily collaboration with partner marketing and advertising agencies, preparing technical tasks, and controlling the quality of execution;

• Planning, monitoring, and evaluating the effectiveness of social media, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns;

• Participating in the development and implementation of content strategy;

• Managing the website development and update process;

• Coordinating marketing activities in B2B and B2C directions, managing the lead generation process, and analyzing the results;

• Analyzing market trends, competitive environment, and customer behavior to strengthen brand positioning and competitive advantage;

• Participating in organizing exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events, and providing marketing support.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in marketing;

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms;

• Strategic and analytical thinking;

• Ability to manage projects and prioritize;

• Strong communication and negotiation skills;

• Experience working with furniture, interior design, architecture, or premium segment brands is desirable;

• Experience in planning, implementing, and managing marketing strategy;

• Experience working on brand development, positioning, and increasing awareness.
