JSC "Georgian Agro House" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager in Tbilisi.

Address - David the Builder Avenue N230

Working hours - standard, 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00)

Salary: 5000-6000 GEL NET + bonus system, according to sales results and achieved KPI's.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Develop and manage the execution of the sales strategy and annual plan; Ensure sales growth, market share and revenue; Find and develop new markets, partners and sales channels; Conduct commercial negotiations with existing and potential partners and manage relationships; Analyze the market, customer needs and competitive environment; Manage the sales team, set KPI's for employees and monitor their performance; Plan the sales budget, control expenses and ensure financial goals are met; Prepare and manage reports on sales results and financial indicators; Assess the effectiveness of the sales direction and identify development opportunities.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in Business Administration, Management or related field; At least 3 years of experience in sales, in a leadership position (experience in FMCG, distribution or retail sector will be considered an advantage). Experience in managing and developing a sales team; Experience working with KPI's and sales plans; Experience working with ERP systems. Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; knowledge of English and/or Russian at a working level will be considered an advantage.
