Qualification requirements - The candidate should have at least a bachelor's academic degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Business Administration. - The candidate must have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of software, in one of the following positions: Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Business Analyst; - Knowledge of and practical experience in using Jira and Confluence; - Knowledge of tools for modeling business processes, system interactions, and user scenarios; - Knowledge of UI/UX design and prototyping tools, Figma, FigJam, Miro, Balsamiq, or other similar tools; - Practical experience in using modern AI tools for information research, analysis, documentation preparation, and improving work process efficiency; - Practical experience in collecting, analyzing, clarifying, documenting, and managing business needs and requirements; - Experience in formulating business requirements in an appropriate format for functional and technical teams; - Experience in preparing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, functional, and other types of requirements; - Experience in analyzing and modeling business processes using BPMN, UML, or other relevant approaches and tools; - Knowledge of working in an Agile environment and the software development life cycle (SDLC); - Knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, data flows, and basic principles of data processing; - Understanding of basic principles of information systems, data structures, and technical solutions.

Foreign language skills: Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level (the candidate must be able to work with technical documentation in a foreign language).

Advantage will be given to - Experience in software development, systems or technical analysis; - Experience working with data, databases or data structures of information systems; - Experience working with APIs, analyzing or testing them; - Experience working on complex, multi-component or integrated information systems; - Experience participating in software change management (Change Management) processes; - Experience working in the public sector with similar functional responsibilities, or participating in the development of digital systems with a large number of users; - Possession of professional certificates in business analysis, systems analysis, Agile/Scrum, project management or software development.

Job Description - Collaborate with business clients and other stakeholders to identify and analyze their needs, problems, and goals; - Collect, clarify, and analyze business requirements, and formulate them in a clear, structured, and understandable way for the software development team; - Prepare and manage requirements, business rules, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and other relevant documentation; - Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, as well as describe current (AS-IS) and target (TO-BE) processes; - Model business processes, system interactions, and user scenarios using appropriate methods and tools; - Participate in shaping and developing product or project requirements, including clarifying, prioritizing, and refining requirements; - Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions, and facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams; - Identify ambiguities, contradictions, risks, and dependencies in requirements, and work on them with relevant stakeholders; - Participate in analyzing requirements related to integrations between systems, data flows, and APIs, in collaboration with the relevant technical team; - Closely collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA specialists, and other stakeholders to properly shape and implement product and system requirements; - Participate in clarifying requirements and resolving emerging issues during the software development process; - Participate in preparing and managing business scenarios, Acceptance Criteria, UAT scenarios, and relevant documentation needed for the testing process; - Participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and assess the compliance of implemented functionality with agreed-upon requirements; - Create, produce, update, and manage a comprehensive portfolio of functional, technical, and operational documentation for the system/product, including business analysis documentation, requirements, product and functionality descriptions, process documentation, testing-related documentation, and other relevant materials;
