is announcing a vacancy for a Supervisor position in Tbilisi.
The Supervisor is responsible for the effective management of their territory and sales team. Ensures the implementation of the sales plan, coordinates the team, product distribution, and control of merchandising standards.
Main responsibilities:
Ensures the implementation and control of the sales plan within their territory; Monitors the full presentation of products in retail outlets according to SKU; Ensures control of correct product placement and shelf layout according to planograms; Effectively manages the sales team and ensures proper communication with them; Plans daily and weekly work routines and routes; Checks and analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly sales data; Reacts promptly to deviations from the plan, such as product shortages, reduced demand, or incorrect layout; Monitors receivables and manages the process of collecting funds; Regularly communicates with representatives of retail outlets and ensures partnership cooperation.
