Function - Responsibilities: - Product knowledge, generating orders for suppliers if necessary, in agreement with the category manager; - Ensuring the proper functioning, monitoring, and control of the curator sections; - Performing the duties of the market manager in the absence of the market manager; - Active involvement in assortment selection together with the category manager, taking into account the demand for products and the specifics of the branch; - Organizing the layout of the assortment, monitoring the observance of merchandising principles, initiating changes in the planogram, and types of stands; - Monitoring planned descriptions; - Conducting market research at predetermined intervals, studying competitors, submitting proposals and initiatives, planning/implementing relevant actions; - Initiating/organizing activities necessary to increase product sales; - Supporting/ensuring the fulfillment of the sales plan; - Monitoring planned marketing activities; - Responding to customer and employee requests, recommendations, and complaints within a reasonable time; - Ensuring high-quality service, caring for customer goodwill, monitoring/ feedback on service quality of employees; - Monitoring the discipline, standards, and internal regulations of team members and their execution; - Initiating and implementing employee motivation and encouragement systems, ensuring healthy relationships and a healthy work environment in the team;
