The development company Nite Development LLC is announcing a vacancy for the position of Commercial Director in Batumi.

"Nite Development" is a dynamically developing development company that implements construction projects in the Batumi region. At this stage, the main focus has been shifted to the current project - "Nite Residence" Chakvi. The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Commercial Director, which will ensure the successful realization of the project and strategic management of commercial activities.

Workplace: Batumi, Memed Abashidze St. N 29

Main functions and responsibilities:

Strategic management: development and execution management of the company's commercial strategy; identification of market potential, new business opportunities, and partnerships;

Sales systems management: constant monitoring of sales processes, their optimization, and effective use of CRM systems for sales growth;

Marketing management and development: formation (recruitment) of a marketing team, including the selection, recruitment, and leadership of the Head of Sales. Close collaboration with them, planning of advertising campaigns, and effective positioning of the brand in the market;

Control and optimization: control of the company's commercial activities, management and optimization of work processes of subordinate departments;

Sales orientation: active focus on the implementation of the sales plan and the growth of results;

Partnership: active management of relationships with realtors, agencies, and large investors to increase sales.

Qualification requirements:

At least 5-7 years of experience in sales management; At least 3 years of experience in the position of Commercial Director, Sales Director, or Head of Sales; Practical experience in creating and optimizing sales processes; Experience in managing CRM systems; Experience in forming and managing a sales team; Desirable experience in real estate, development, construction, or sales of high-value products; Foreign languages: English is mandatory; knowledge of Russian and Hebrew (desirable); High-level knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Office).

Personal skills and habits:

Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills; Ability to properly delegate work and analyze commercial indicators; Detail-oriented, responsible.
