Social Media and Sales Coordinator

"NIX Development", a development company in the construction sector with 20 years of experience, is looking for a motivated, creative, and organized employee to coordinate social media, customer communication, and sales support processes.

Job Title: Social Media & Sales Coordinator

Location: Tbilisi

Employment: Full-time

Salary: 2000 GEL per month + result-based bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Managing Facebook and Instagram pages and planning content calendar;

• Preparing posts, stories and reels, advertising texts and visual materials;

• Creating and editing photo and video content;

• Participating in preparing and managing advertising campaigns;

• Fast written and telephone communication with incoming leads;

• Updating information in CRM system, communicating with customers and organizing viewings;

• Posting and updating real estate listings;

• Supporting sales process and preparing short result-based reports.

Requirements:

• Practical experience in social media management or sales;

• Fluent written and verbal communication in Georgian;

• English language at least at B2 level;

• Ability to use Canva, CapCut or similar instruments;

• Ability to work independently, plan and communicate result-oriented.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the real estate sector, Meta Ads Manager, CRM, Photoshop or AI instruments.
