Creatio Developer

Andersen is hiring a Creatio Developer for a project enhancing a loan origination platform, automating lending processes, and integrating payment, credit scoring, and CRM systems. The customer is an established financial services provider offering lending solutions to individuals and businesses. Its services support a variety of financial needs, including business development, working capital, and personal financing. The organization focuses on improving access to financial services, supporting entrepreneurship, and helping customers achieve their financial goals. Through customer-oriented solutions and continuous service development, it aims to promote sustainable growth and long-term financial stability. The project is focused on developing and enhancing a loan origination platform based on Creatio to automate and optimize lending processes. It includes customizing business workflows, integrating payment services, credit scoring systems, and CRM solutions, and streamlining loan application processing and disbursement to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities: - Developing and enhancing the existing CRM system and loan origination platform built on Creatio in accordance with business priorities. - Independently analyzing and clarifying requirements, designing and proposing technical solutions. - Developing, testing, and implementing new functionality and changes to the existing system. - Configuring and maintaining Test, PreProd, and Production environments, ensuring their proper operation. - Migrating packages between environments, managing dependencies and Creatio system settings. - Preparing and deploying releases, performing post-deployment checks. - Analyzing differences between environments and preparing deployment and rollback plans. - Preparing and maintaining technical documentation and supporting releases in accordance with established approval processes.

Requirements: - Commercial software development experience for 3+ years, including 2+ years of developing and configuring solutions on the Creatio platform. - Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, and SQL, with experience working with PostgreSQL. - Understanding of Creatio client-side and server-side architecture, configuration packages, schemas, objects, replacing modules, and dependencies. - Experience working with Sencha Ext JS and RequireJS. - Experience configuring business processes, sections, pages, details, lookups, and business rules. - Experience developing and maintaining integrations with internal and external systems (Brainysoft, First Credit Bureau (FCB), financial monitoring systems, AML/CFT systems, biometrics, and electronic digital signatures). - Knowledge of REST API, SOAP, OData, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and XML, with an understanding of authorization mechanisms, error handling, and integration logging. - Ability to analyze requirements, independently complete ticket-based tasks, troubleshoot issues, and document changes. - Experience with Git and CI/CD, including automated building, validation, and deployment of Creatio packages between environments. - Experience configuring and validating Test, PreProd, and Production environments. - Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Nice to have: - Knowledge of PL/pgSQL. - Experience with WCF, particularly in maintaining existing SOAP integrations. - Experience working in a microfinance organization, bank, or fintech company. - Experience with CRM systems and loan origination platforms. - Experience with loan application processing workflows, from registration through decision-making and loan disbursement. - Experience integrating with external financial and information services.

Compensation: 1800–2800 EUR per month.
