Financial organization "Capital Express" announces a vacancy for a Credit Expert for Loans Secured by Real Estate in Tbilisi.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Searching for potential clients and conducting negotiations in a digital environment, using new tools, including AI;
• Analyzing the borrower's financial situation;
• Preparing credit applications and submitting them to the committee;
• Managing and growing the quality of the credit portfolio;

Qualification requirements:

• Experience working in a similar position, as an insurance and/or real estate agent will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL programs;

Working conditions:

• Full-time position;
• Salary: 1000-1500 GEL (depending on the candidate's qualifications) + bonus (1000-1500 GEL);
