Job Purpose: The Senior Developer of Core Banking Systems is responsible for the development, support, and optimization of software solutions in Credo Bank's Core Banking ecosystem. The role covers JBC routines in the Temenos Transact/T24 environment, C#/.NET services, API integrations, OFS processes, and MS SQL data processing components.

General Responsibilities: - Share and support Credo's philosophy, values, and goals; - Perform tasks set by management to achieve the organization's goals, within the scope of abilities; - Carry out activities in accordance with Credo's strategy and methodology; - Demonstrate a high level of honesty and loyalty to the organization; - Protect and safeguard the organization's material assets, in accordance with Credo's consumption policy; - Attend labor safety training and confirm attendance with a signature on Annex N2; - Attend information security training and ensure signature on the information security consent statement (confirming with a signature that violation of any part of the statement will be considered as failure to fulfill duties and will lead to disciplinary sanctions). - Maintain confidentiality of information obtained during work processes;

Specific responsibilities: - Development, support and optimization of T24/Temenos Transact Core routines using JBC language. - Development and support of Core Banking Services using C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core Web API and integration technologies. - Development/improvement of OFS messages, APIs, batch processes and data exchange mechanisms. - Technical analysis of business requirements, assessment of change impact and proposal of optimal technical solutions. - Execution of queries, stored procedures, data processing and performance optimization on MS SQL Server. - Refactoring of existing code, bug fixing, code review and ensuring development standards. - Management of source control processes using Azure DevOps: Azure Repos, pull requests, code review, branching/merging strategy, resolving merge conflicts and supporting release workflows. - Creation, configuration, support and improvement of CI/CD pipelines in Azure Pipelines; management of build, artifact, deployment and release processes in different environments (DEV/TEST/PROD). - Third-level support for complex incidents and problems, root cause analysis and initiation of long-term solutions. - Collaboration with CBS Architect, Team Lead, business analysts and project teams; mentoring developers and sharing knowledge.

Knowledge, Skills, Personal Qualities: - At least 5 years of experience in software development; including at least 3 years with T24/Temenos Transact or Core Banking systems. - Practical knowledge of JBC programming language. - Strong practical experience with C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, Web API, and RESTful services. - Knowledge of MS SQL Server: query optimization, stored procedures, and data processing. - Knowledge of JSON, XML, CSV, Web Services, and OFS message formats. - Practical experience with Git and Azure Repos: working with feature/release/hotfix branches, creating/reviewing pull requests, merging branches, resolving merge conflicts, and source control best practices. - Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps and experience working with Azure Pipelines: CI/CD, build/release pipelines, deployment processes, and pipeline troubleshooting. - Good knowledge of banking products and Core Banking processes. - Working-level English language skills. - Desirable: knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, clean code, secure coding practices, unit/integration testing, and asynchronous programming. - Desirable: knowledge of additional Azure DevOps capabilities: YAML pipelines, artifacts, variable/configuration management, environment approvals; basic knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes/Jenkins, and cloud or high-availability concepts. - Analytical and systematic thinking; ability to independently resolve complex problems. - Quality orientation, delivering stable, secure, and maintainable code. - High sense of responsibility for business-critical systems. - Effective communication with business, IT teams, and developers. - Knowledge sharing, mentoring, and rapid adaptation to change. - Adherence to confidentiality, information security, and professional ethics requirements.
