"Georgia Clinics" is announcing a Director vacancy at Kobuleti Referral Hospital.

Main duties and responsibilities:

In accordance with the company's goals and objectives, define and manage the hospital's strategy; Organize, lead and manage hospital activities and processes; Focus on improving and growing hospital performance; Manage budget (P&L); Ensure patient safety and service quality; Care about hospital culture and human capital development.

Job requirements:

Higher education in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or Medical field; Preferably experience in business development and/or commercial field; Preferably experience in a managerial position; Preferably experience in the medical field; Proficiency in office programs at the user level (especially MS Excel).

1. 3. The Employer, based on the Candidate's prior consent, declares that it will process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period within the company "Georgian Clinics" JSC (TIN 404476205) or any medical institution within its network (for the avoidance of doubt, the medical institutions within the network shall mean: any profile company affiliated and/or associated with Georgian Clinics JSC and/or any company under its direct or indirect management (hereinafter - the Employer).

4. The Employer undertakes to process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period to the extent and within the limits necessary to achieve the goal of the Candidate's employment. The obtained information is stored with the Employer for no more than 3 (three) years, and in case of any disputed issues that may be related to the Candidate or the obtained information, until the relevant dispute is resolved. In this case, if there are disputed circumstances, the Employer is entitled to transfer the obtained information to the relevant competent authorities. Also, the data sent by the Candidate may not be considered for this vacancy and may be reserved for another relevant vacancy. In case of employment, the Candidate's data will be stored for at least the entire period of employment.

5. The Employer also undertakes to provide the Candidate with complete information about the job to be performed, the form of the employment contract (written, oral), its term, working conditions, and the employee's legal status during the pre-contractual period.

6.
