Main functions and responsibilities: - Processing raw materials for preparing dishes defined by the daily menu: sorting, washing, boiling, blending and others.
- Primary preparation/cooking of raw materials as needed, following recipes;
- Preparing and filling raw materials and intermediate products;
- Cutting and preparing various raw materials for mixing/preparation;
- Supervising the dining hall and ensuring cleanliness;
- Ensuring sanitary and hygienic norms in accordance with standards.
Qualification requirements: - Secondary education; - Experience working in a similar position is desirable.
