B2B Order and Accounts Receivable Coordinator

"Coffee LAB", a Georgian company, is the first to start producing Specialty coffee in Georgia in 2016. The company imports over 40 tons of green coffee beans annually, roasts them onsite and offers products to customers in both retail and B2B directions.

The company currently employs over 150 people.

"Coffee LAB" unites 6 different concept branches and over 300 B2B partners, offering them professional equipment, training and technical services along with coffee beans.

We are looking for a B2B Order and Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join the "Coffee LAB" team.

What does the position entail?

Receiving, processing and reflecting orders from B2B partner companies in the program; Verifying order-related information and coordinating with relevant teams; Controlling partner companies' accounts receivable and communicating with overdue accounts; Software posting of sales and preparing necessary reports; Daily communication with B2B partners and managing their current requests;

Desirable: Experience working in a similar position; Knowledge of MS Office; Knowledge of English. Experience working with 1C program (or we will teach you onsite)
