Job Purpose:
The Consultant, in collaboration with the specialists of the "Caritas Georgia" Education Enhancement Project and the Early Childhood Development Coalition, will develop an instrument on the topic: "An instrument supporting the effective integration of children in a natural educational environment and a working framework for early development specialists."
Qualification Requirements:
Education, Experience, Skills
- Master's or Doctor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
- At least 5 years of experience working in the field of early education and development.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in early intervention and inclusive education for children with disabilities and special educational needs, including familiarity with the concept of a "natural environment".
- Successful experience in independently developing educational programs, curricula, assessment tools (checklists, protocols), guides, or methodological materials (portfolio submission is desirable).
- Experience in planning research, collecting data, analyzing, and reporting (including needs research). Authorship or co-authorship of publications or analytical documents will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in developing training modules and conducting training sessions for preschool institution staff (educators, specialists), as well as professional consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of the preschool education system in Georgia, existing legislation, national standards, and ongoing reforms.
Desirable: Knowledge of English and Russian languages
