Call Center Operator

"Abanotubani Group" is a growing company in the hospitality industry, aiming to popularize Georgian traditions and culture in the historical and touristically active district of Tbilisi, and serving to create a unique experience and impressions for guests.

We are looking for active, motivated, responsible, and organized candidates for the Call Center Operator position at "Abanotubani Group".

Work location: Tbilisi, Abanotubani Work schedule: 7-hour workday, 1 day off Salary: ₾1300-1500 (with growth prospects, depending on the candidate's qualifications)

Function and responsibilities:

Making phone calls to customers Receiving reservations and entering them into a computer program Offering company products Maintaining a high standard of telephone customer service

Basic requirements:

High-level knowledge of Georgian, English, and Russian languages is required Basic ability to work with office computer programs Effective communication skills Sense of responsibility Experience working in a similar position is desirable
