Job Description:
Daily receipt of orders from representatives of partner organizations via email or phone. Ensuring the operational reflection of received orders in the system and controlling the timely delivery of the order; Providing qualified consultations to representatives of partner organizations regarding the product range; Preparation and delivery of commercial offers or invoices to partner organizations In case of the absence of the ordered product in stock, offering an alternative product to the customer and providing relevant consultations; Chronological archiving of documentation confirming the delivery of orders and providing it to relevant structural units at the end of each month; Ensuring that the showroom is constantly in an orderly state; Constant updating of stocks / assortment in the showroom and relevant merchandising; Periodic counting and comparison of products in the showroom with the balances in the system under their responsibility.
