Financial Operations Specialist

Consilium Medula is a multi-profile clinic founded in 2003. The clinic offers patients high-quality diagnostic, outpatient, surgical and oncology services. Consilium Medula focuses on increasing the standard of patient treatment and care, spreading professional knowledge and improving access to innovative treatment methods.

Consilium Medula is looking for a new team member for the position of Financial Operations Specialist.

Job conditions:

Workplace: Tbilisi, Anna Politkovskaya str. 6g; Work schedule: Full-time; Salary: 1700-2000 GEL (depending on the candidate's qualifications).

Responsibilities:

Monthly calculation of employee salaries and sharing salary statements with each employee; Checking the financial status of patients discharged from the clinic (debts, payments) according to established criteria; Participation in the inventory process and asset accounting; Organization and control of financial documentation; Control and management of accounts receivable and payable; Preparation of necessary reports from the existing internal program; Cooperation with auditors and tax authorities if necessary; Assistance to the financial director in additional analytical and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualification requirements:

Accounting or financial education (bachelor's degree); At least 2 years of experience (preferably in the medical field); Knowledge of accounting programs (e.g., ORIS) is desirable; In-depth knowledge of Georgian tax legislation; Experience working with banking operations and reporting; Attention to detail, high level of responsibility and organization; Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; Teamwork and effective communication skills.
