"Real Palace" is announcing a vacancy for the position of AI Specialist.

Location: Tbilisi Compensation: To be agreed upon, based on the candidate's experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Creating high-quality photorealistic renders and videos using AI tools based on architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical assignments;
• Preparing visualizations of exterior and interior architectural projects;
• Accurately conveying the existing architectural concept, scale, materials, lighting, and space in visual materials;
• Creating video renders, animations, and short video content using AI tools;
• Creating visual and video content for social media for architectural projects;
• Preparing creative visuals, banners, videos, posts, and advertising materials for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels;
• Processing, improving, and creatively developing existing visuals using AI tools;
• Developing different visual concepts and creative directions for new projects;
• Collaborating with marketing and architecture teams;
• Constantly studying modern AI tools and visualization technologies and effectively using them in the work process.

Qualification Requirements

• Practical experience working with AI visualization tools;
• Ability to create high-quality photorealistic architectural renders;
• Experience working with AI video tools will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design programs will be considered an advantage;
• Experience creating visual content for social media;
• Good sense of color, lighting, composition, and visual style;
• Ability to transform an architectural project into marketing-attractive visual content.

AI Tools:

The candidate is expected to have experience with modern AI platforms such as Higgsfield AI; Midjourney; Flux; Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling AI, Luma AI; Blender and other similar tools, as well as integrating AI into 3D and architectural visualization processes.
