"Idea Collection by Gino Hotels" is a new 5* boutique hotel in the center of Tbilisi, located at 47/49 Melikishvili Avenue. The hotel stands out with its modern, refined design and offers guests 67 comfortable rooms, a pool, spa and wellness center, restaurant, and unique jazz bar. This is a space where city energy, style, and relaxation come together.

The hotel is part of the Georgian-Slovakian investment company "Gino Holding", which has been successfully operating in the leisure, hospitality, and real estate sectors for over 10 years.

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and result-oriented Marketing Manager.

Idea Collection by Gino Hotels

The main goal of this position is to correctly brand and position the objects, manage social media, attract guests, organize events, and effectively plan and implement marketing activities.

Location: Tbilisi, Petre Melikishvili Avenue 47/49

Key responsibilities:

Social media management Managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms; Preparing and executing content plans; Maintaining the brand's visual and communication style; Preparing posts, stories, reels, and advertising texts; Analyzing social media results and reporting.

Brand positioning

Creating a strategy for correct positioning of objects; Identifying the target audience and planning relevant campaigns; Conducting competitive market research and monitoring trends; Developing the image of objects in the premium and lifestyle direction.

Event organization

Planning evening events, musical evenings, seasonal and thematic events; Creating and realizing event concepts; Communicating with partners, artists, DJs, and influencers; Planning activities focused on increasing guest engagement.

Photo/video content planning

Organizing professional photo and video shoots; Coordinating with photographers, videographers, and designers; Determining the scenario and visual direction of content shooting; Controlling the creation of modern visual materials corresponding to the brand; Marketing campaigns and sales support.

Planning and executing advertising campaigns; Creating special offers and promotions; Implementing activities to attract guests and increase awareness; Coordinated work with the sales team and operations.

Requirements:

Experience working in marketing, PR, or a similar field; Practical experience in social media management; Creative vision and knowledge of modern trends; Experience in organizing events; Strong communication and organizational skills; English language proficiency; Knowledge of Canva / Meta Business Suite / basic design and advertising tools will be considered an advantage.
