Owner Relations Manager

White Sails Residential Hotel is looking for a new team member for the position of Owner Relations Manager.

White Sails Residential Hotel is located on the coastline of Batumi's New Boulevard. This modern residential and leisure complex offers guests a tranquil seaside atmosphere, as well as easy access to the city's main attractions.

Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring daily communication with owners and responding to their requests in a timely manner; - Managing and controlling the daily operation of the Owner Relations desk; - Preparing and sending regular reports to owners; - Managing and systematizing information related to apartments; - Coordinating with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and technical departments to quickly and effectively resolve issues related to owners' apartments; - Professionally and promptly handling owners' questions, requests, and complaints; - Monitoring apartment status, service quality, and details; - Maintaining accurate records of communication history, documentation, and data with owners; - Ensuring an organized, detail-oriented, and high-service-standard work environment; - Proposing initiatives to improve the owner relations process;

Qualification Requirements: - Higher education in Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred; - Work experience in hotel operations or customer service; - Knowledge of Georgian and English languages; additional foreign language will be considered an advantage; - Computer program skills (MS Office); - Experience working with Property Management Systems (PMS) is desirable;
