JSC "Georgian Agro House" announces a vacancy for the position of Business Analyst Specialist in Tbilisi.

Working hours - standard, 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00)

Salary: 3500 GEL NET

Main functions and responsibilities:

Processing and analysis of sales data - daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of sales dynamics and identification of key trends; Analysis of SKUs and categories - analysis of product margin and turnover, identification of top-selling and low-margin positions; Sales forecasting - preparation of sales plans and forecasts based on historical data, seasonality and market trends; Analysis of pricing and promotions - assessment of the effectiveness of pricing policy, marketing/advertising campaigns and the impact of discounts on sales; Analysis of customers and sales channels - segmentation of customers, assessment of their behavior, turnover and dynamics of accounts receivable; Analysis of product returns - monitoring of return dynamics and Return Rate, identification of main reasons for returns, including defects, expiration, incorrect forecasting and overstocking; assessment of the impact of returns on Net Sales, margin and overall profitability and preparation of recommendations for process improvement; Creation of interactive dashboards and reporting - automation of reporting and preparation of analytical dashboards for the sales team and management using Power BI, Excel and 1C; Variance analysis - identification of reasons for deviations between sales plans and actual indicators and preparation of relevant recommendations; Collaboration with other departments - collaboration with purchasing, warehouse, marketing and finance teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in finance, economics, business administration, statistics or data analytics. At least 1-2 years of experience in the position of sales analyst, data analyst or financial analyst (experience in FMCG, distribution or retail sector will be considered an advantage). Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; knowledge of English and/or Russian (at a working/professional level)

Technical skills:

**MS Excel**: Advanced level proficiency (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Modeling).

**ERP / CRM**: Experience working with 1C or other ERP systems.

**BI tools**: Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau (considered an advantage).

**SQL / Python**: Basic to intermediate knowledge of working with databases (desirable).

Personal skills:

**Strong analytical and logical thinking skills**.

**Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data (Big Data)**.

**Ability to extract business insights from data and present them in a simple, visual language**.

**Effective time management and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously (Multi-tasking)**.
