Workplace: Tbilisi, Chavchavadze Avenue #37m; Work schedule: Full-time.

Function-responsibilities

• Receiving meat, checking quality, smell, consistency, and expiration date;
• Cutting, processing, and cleaning meat according to recipes and kitchen requirements;
• Sorting and storing different types of meat according to rules;
• Effective management of waste and minimizing losses;
• Maintaining sanitary, hygienic, and food safety standards;
• Following safety rules during meat processing;
• Controlling supplies and informing the manager when necessary.

Qualification requirements

• Experience working in a similar position;
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene norms;
• Knowledge of using kitchen inventory and equipment;
• Attention to detail and organization;
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Punctuality;
• Good teamworking and communication skills.
