Main functions and responsibilities:
Identification and evaluation of local and international potential investors for specific investment projects and opportunities, targeted communication with them, including preparation, presentation, and negotiation of investment proposals based on relevant research, sectoral analysis, and other available information;
Facilitating the further development of investment projects with interested investors, including identifying their needs and requirements, providing relevant information and support, and coordinating the process with the Corporation's structural units, government agencies, private sector, and other relevant parties;
Conducting Due Diligence/DDQ processes within investment projects, including identifying relevant information sources, requesting and collecting information, processing, systematizing, and providing received materials to relevant parties;
Providing Aftercare services to existing investors, identifying needs, coordinating their discussion with relevant parties, and monitoring subsequent responses;
Participation in planning and implementing targeted activities, including business meetings, investment events, visits, and other relevant formats, to attract investors and popularize investment opportunities;
Systematization of information on investment projects, potential and existing investors, ongoing negotiations, and agreed-upon next steps, creating a unified investment base, monitoring project progress, and preparing relevant reports;
Performing other relevant functions within the service's competence and executing tasks determined by the service head.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, International Relations, or other relevant fields.
Work experience and professional skills:
At least 3 years of work experience in the following areas: attracting or promoting investments; investment or financial consulting (including Due Diligence); investment banking or corporate finance;
High-level proficiency in English (minimum level: C1);
Ability to prepare investment proposals, presentations, and analytical materials;
Competence in communication and negotiation;
Analytical thinking and ability to systematize information;
Preference will be given to candidates who:
Have experience working with local or foreign investors, international companies, and/or negotiating;
Have experience participating in Due Diligence processes;
Have experience in financial modeling and sectoral analysis
