KMM Hotel announces a vacancy for the position of Technician.

Work location: Tbilisi Work schedule: Hours by agreement (6 working days, 1 day off) Remuneration: By agreement

Required skills

• Technical knowledge in the field of electrical, plumbing, and minor construction works.
• Basic knowledge of heating, cooling, and air conditioning systems.
• Ability to quickly repair minor damage to furniture and interior.
• Ability to independently identify and solve technical problems.
• Planning and performing preventive technical inspections.
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Quick response in emergency situations.
• Ability to effectively manage time.
• Effective communication and collaboration with the team.
• Physical endurance and ability to perform a variety of technical work.
• Knowledge of safety norms and standards.

Main responsibilities

• Daily technical control of the hotel building and territory.
• Ensuring the proper functioning of rooms, public spaces, and technical systems.
• Timely elimination of electrical, plumbing, lighting, door-window, lock, furniture, and other technical faults.
• Control of rational use of water, electricity, and other resources.
• Accounting of technical supplies and timely ordering of necessary materials.
• Coordination of contractors and external technical services if necessary.
• Constant care about maintaining the hotel's overall cleanliness and technical condition.
• Direct subordination to the hotel owner and fulfillment of their tasks.
