Job responsibilities:

• Within the framework of remote supervision, processing, evaluation, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and other reporting forms provided by supervised entities under its supervision, as well as additional information, in accordance with the procedures established by legislation;
• Control of notifications submitted by supervised entities from banking institutions, recording and comparing data with presented reporting forms;
• In case of identifying deficiencies in the received reporting forms, preparation of relevant letters and requesting explanations and/or clarified reporting forms from supervised entities;
• Review of clarified reporting forms, submitted explanations, and preparation of reporting cards;
• Providing information to the relevant structural unit on risks identified as a result of analysis of reports;
• Participation in the preparation and translation into English of statistical and financial reports of the insurance market, based on reporting forms submitted by supervised entities to the service, for publication on the official website of the service;
• Preparation of responses to letters from various organizations regarding statistical, financial, and other information of the insurance market. Preparation and submission of relevant reports for this purpose;
• Participation in the process of preparing various analytical reports for the leadership of the service, based on reporting forms submitted by supervised entities to the service, in terms of financial condition, solvency, liquidity, and compliance with regulatory capital requirements;
• Recording of deposit agreements placed in banking institutions to ensure the minimum amount of capital, and ensuring preliminary agreement and official communication with the service in the process of implementing transactions related to minimum capital;
• Processing and comparing information received from the Compulsory Insurance Center with information presented by insurance organizations in reporting forms;
• Control of the placement of financial and statistical reporting forms and external auditor's conclusions on the websites of supervised entities, as required by legislation;
• Evaluation and comparison of external auditor's conclusions submitted by supervised entities to the service with reporting forms submitted to the service;
• Recording and administration control of orders related to the sanctioning of insurance organizations;
• Participation in on-site inspections of insurance organizations and non-state pension scheme founders, as assigned by the head of the service;
• Ensuring the processing of personal data and the security of their storage, related to issues within competence, in accordance with legislative requirements and internal policies/procedures;
• Engagement and support in planned and ongoing projects within the service;
• Performance of other tasks assigned by the supervisor, within the scope of competence.

Competition requirements:

• Minimum education - Bachelor's degree
• Profession - in the field of economics/finance/business administration
• Work experience (duration, field): at least 4 years of work experience in the field of finance;
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting aspects of an insurance company;
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS);
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
• English language: C1
• Computer programs: MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint - level of knowledge: very good.
