Lutecia, a network of perfume stores, today represents over 100 well-known brands in Georgia. It first appeared on the perfume market in 2000.

Lutecia is announcing a vacancy for the position of Cashier-Consultant at its Batumi branch.

Workplace: Tbilisi Work schedule: Schedule according to shifts (8-hour workday); Remuneration: Fixed (+ flexible bonus system) Rest - 6 days a month

Main functions and responsibilities:

Provide qualified assistance to customers in product selection and decision-making; Offer effective and polite service; Be fully familiar with the products presented in the store; Be focused on the constant growth of sales in the store, maintaining the interior and cleanliness. Monitor the accuracy and placement of prices in the store; Constantly take care of improving the quality of service;

Personal qualities:

Hard work and energy; Communication skills and proper speech; High sense of responsibility; Ability to manage conflict situations. Ability to react quickly and work in a busy mode.

Mandatory requirements:

Higher education; Experience working in a similar position (at least 1 year is desirable); Experience working at a cash register (at least 6 months is desirable) Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
