Transportation company "IBEX logistics" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Operations Manager.
Work location: Tbilisi
Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 10:00 - 18:00 (13:00-14:00 break)
Remuneration: Fixed (according to qualification) and bonus.
Main responsibilities
- Relationship with partner companies and warehouse
- Signing/renewing contracts with partner organizations;
- Receiving and processing orders;
- Planning and organizing the full logistics cycle;
- Controlling current orders and constant status reporting;
- Producing order-related documentation;
- Analyzing international and local market.
Qualification requirements
- Higher education (preferably in management, logistics or business);
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in the field of transport logistics;
- Knowledge of office computer programs;
- Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate, as well as time management;
- Knowledge of English is required; (knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage)
- Organizational skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in a team.
