Patient Relations Specialist

Clinic "Reimani" is announcing a vacancy for a Patient Relations Specialist position.

Main functions and responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming patients, communicating with them in a professional and understandable language;
• Receiving patients, registering them in the program, and directing them as needed;
• Active listening and effective responding;
• Providing patients with detailed information as needed;
• Performing cashier operations: receiving and issuing money, producing relevant documentation, handing over and switching the cash register;
• Closing the cash register at the end of the day and producing relevant documentation;
• Monitoring and responding to technical issues as needed.

Qualification requirements

• Higher education (will be considered an advantage);
• Work experience: experience working in a similar position (will be considered an advantage)

Knowledge, skills

• Knowledge of Georgian and English languages;
• Basic knowledge of office programs;
• Ability to work in a team and be collegial;
• Time management;
• Communicability, punctuality, and organization;
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking.

Working conditions: Work schedule: 40-hour work schedule

Work location: Tbilisi, Z. Anjaparidze St. 1, bld. 3. (Saburtalo) Isani, Arthur Laist St. #1 Gldani, M. Nozadze St. #12
