The "Ekonom Shop" clothing store chain is announcing a vacancy for a Lawyer position.

Work location: Tbilisi, Parnavaz Mephis Avenue #1 (Gudwill building)

Work schedule: Full-time, (Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00)

Legal support for companies within the CSI group and trusted companies.

Main functions and responsibilities

• Legal support for the company's daily activities and analysis of legal issues arising in various areas;
• Preparation, review, and legal expertise of contracts and other legal documentation;
• Participation in the development and update of internal legal documentation, regulations, and instructions;
• Identification, assessment of legal risks, and preparation of recommendations to mitigate them;
• Preparation of legal conclusions and recommendations on issues related to the company's activities;
• Provision of legal consultations to the company's structural units;
• Participation in negotiations and discussion of contract terms with contractors;
• Representation of the company in courts, state and municipal bodies, and other organizations;
• Preparation of legal documentation related to court disputes and participation in dispute proceedings;
• Monitoring of legislative changes and assessment of their possible impact on the company's activities.

Qualification requirements

• Higher legal education;
• At least 2 years of experience working in the legal field;
• In-depth knowledge of civil, business, and contract law;
• Experience in independently preparing contracts and legal documentation;
• Practical experience in working with court disputes;
• Ability to analyze and prepare legal conclusions;
• Knowledge of English.
