Branch Shift Manager

The "Kombinati" network of food facilities announces a vacancy for the position of Branch Shift Manager in Tbilisi.

"Kombinati" is a fast-growing Georgian brand founded in 2015, operating in the direction of healthy and fast food. As our team expands, we are looking for a responsible, organized, and development-oriented person who will play a significant role in effectively managing the daily operations of the branch.

Main responsibilities: - Organizing and controlling the daily activities of the branch during the shift; - Leading the personnel of the object and coordinating the work process; - Correct distribution of tasks among employees; - Production and control of cash and non-cash cash register operations; - Control of full-scale inventory of products and supplies; - Control of sanitary and hygienic norms and company standards; - Ensuring high-quality service; - Timely and effective resolution of operational issues.

We consider important: - Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage; - Experience in a food facility or other production/operational process management will be considered an advantage; - High sense of responsibility and organization; - Ability to make independent decisions and work effectively with the team; - Good communication skills; - Fluent speech in Georgian;
