Restaurant "Iakobis Ezo ©" is announcing a vacancy for a Hostess position.

Function and Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests in the space and escorting them to their reserved tables;
• Responding to calls on the hotline;
• Providing information about the program, menu, and other related issues;
• Receiving reservations;
• Regularly generating a reservations calendar;
• Recording the data of waiting guests in case of no available tables and providing feedback when a table becomes available;
• Maintaining the space in a clean and organized condition at all times;
• Providing information about the space to guests as needed.

Required Knowledge/Skills:

• Knowledge of English;
• Experience working in a similar position (will be considered an advantage);
• Sense of responsibility, attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
