Medical Representative

Pharmaceutical company "Ardi Pharma", which imports and markets European medicines, is announcing a full-time vacancy for a Medical Representative position in Tbilisi.

Job Description:

Daily visits to medical institutions and pharmacies according to an established plan; ensuring the proper quality of visits according to the company's requirements;

Planning and organizing meetings with potential clients (clinics' purchasing departments, doctors, nurses). Presenting the company's products.

Complete knowledge of the company's product characteristics;

Establishing, maintaining long-term relationships with potential clients, and constantly adding new clients;

Implementing activities defined for the promotion of the company's products;

Popularizing the company's products on the Georgian market;

Business trips to different regions;

Daily reporting to the direct supervisor on the work done;

All other activities related to the company's effective and efficient work;

Fulfilling the company's established sales plans;

Constantly searching for information on new products and competitors;

Constant monitoring of product balances in pharmacies;

Requirements:

Medical education;

At least 1 year of experience as a representative;

Ability to persuade and negotiate;

Hard work, energy, organization, ability to work in stressful situations;

High sense of responsibility;

Communication and negotiation skills;

Good presentation skills;

Ability to work in a team and independently;

Orientation towards development;

Ability to quickly adapt to a foreign environment;

Knowledge of Russian and English languages is desirable;

Knowledge of office programs at the user level.

Trial period: 3 months. Initial remuneration: competitive, based on the candidate's experience and skills, to be agreed upon.

After the trial period:

Increasing remuneration, monthly bonus system dependent on sales results.
