Job Description What you will do: - Ensure complete and high-quality service for small and medium clients; - Coordinate with all bank structures to achieve a high level of service quality; - Ensure the completeness of mandatory documents related to the service of small and medium clients; - Provide clients with the full range of TBC Group's operational products based on their requests; - Perform operational tasks defined by the rights matrix and instructions; - Prepare operational contracts and related documents, including proxy texts and various applications, agree with responsible departments and ensure signature; - Communicate with clients regarding operations - ensure problem resolution; - Prepare solutions for non-standard requests and communicate accordingly;

Qualifications - At least 6 months of experience working in a bank (necessary in the field of servicing legal entities); - Knowledge of office programs; - Knowledge of the bank's structure and functions; - Perfect knowledge of banking products and processes, tariffs, and their advantages over competitors; - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
